This Google Form is known as the Daily Addendum.  It is the Mack Way to inform teachers of where students who have been disciplined may be located.  

 

Each potential area is color coded.  

 

At the bottom you will see the days of the month.  Every month there will be a new link, with a new spreadsheet.  

 

Please use this for attendance, and general information as the school year progresses.
