Passes

No students should be in the hall without a pass at any time. Ensure that students have the appropriate pass for the reason they are not in the classroom.

 

Logging in and out of the classroom

Each instructor is responsible for logging students exiting and entering the classroom. This is to ensure safety for all on campus; in case of an evacuation drill or lockdown, you need to know where students are.

 

Restrooms

Students may use the restrooms during each class period at the instructor’s discretion. Please do not send students to the restrooms during the first or last ten minutes of each class period. Students should use the restrooms located in their wing of the school (600s, 700s, etc.).

 

Locked Doors

If a door on a restroom is locked, do not open it for students to use. There may be vandalism, faulty facilities or other reasons for which the restroom is not in service.

 

Sharpies

No students should be in possession of a sharpie at any time. If you see a student with a sharpie, please confiscate it.

Tardies

All students should be in their classroom at the sound of the bell. All students that arrive after the bell rings should be sent to the Tardy Table located in front of the Library. Mark each student that arrives late as Tardy in Infinite Campus.
