Copy Machine Guidelines

In order to maintain the equipment in the teachers’ workrooms (600, 700, 800) and provide for regular, error-free operation of copy machines, the following guidelines must be followed.  Please remember if at any time you have a question, problem, or concern about their operations, contact the graphic arts person for assistance.

  1. Copies will be limited to 50 copies per teacher per day!

  2. Any type of repair work, cleaning, supplying, or general upkeep of the machine will be done after it has been reported.  PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIR WORK ON YOUR OWN. Should a malfunction occur, please report the problem immediately to the graphic artist.

  3. Quantities over 50 or multiple page copying should be submitted to the graphic artist.

  4. Copying is not to be done for personal use.

STUDENTS ARE NOT TO BE SENT TO RUN THE COPY MACHINES.

Graphic Arts Requests

The use of our graphic artist for reproduction of student materials is strongly advised to ensure that these materials are of the highest quality.  Please plan to allow a minimum of four school days for completion of your requests.  Work requests are to be filled out completely, using the proper request form.  Unless otherwise stated, material will be printed on both sides of the paper.  Due to possible delays and heavy workloads, priority work requests should be made as far in advance as possible.
