All CCSD employees are provided with Interact (First Class) email addresses and should check them regularly. Interact is CCSD’s and Mack’s primary system for communicating important information. Instructional staff should check Interact at least three times during a school day. Below are some important features and uses of Interact.
As a Google Apps For Education (GAFE) school, we also use Gmail for communications relating to Google Classrooms and assignments and grades assigned in the Google Classroom. Please check your Gmail daily.
Installing Interact to Computers and Devices

Password Reset
For information on resetting you Interact password, visit https://secure2.ccsd.net/Password.
Mack Icon
Most important written communication will be done through the Mack Icon found on Interact. Most important documents can be found in the Reference Docs and Forms Icon (looks like a bell). Other important information such as Staff Chat, School Calendars and Walkthrough Feed Back can be found on the Mack icon as well.
Additional Icons
Instructors may wish to add other icons to their Interact. Possible icons include Love and Logic, ELA or Math.
