Care of Equipment, Books and Materials
Teachers are to be diligent in the supervision of students in the care and use of materials and supplies. School employees are to practice economy at all times in the use of materials, supplies, and utilities.
Teachers whose assignment requires the use of equipment of any kind (laboratory, athletic, technology, art) are requested to organize their respective departments so as to provide records on equipment issued and used breakage, loss, and replacement. Where there is loss, carelessness, breakage, or undue wear, the student or parent is expected to reimburse the school. Loaner laptops are the responsibility of the instructors.
Textbooks
Because of the use of electronic devices, textbooks will no longer be checked out to every student. If a parent requests to have a book checked out to the student, the student must do so from the library. All fees for such books will be generated from that department
Audio-Visual Equipment Information
Audio-visual equipment is inventoried and housed in the library or checked out to staff member through the librarian.
Special Education Instructional Supplies

Special Education instructional supplies can be defined as those instructional supplies conforming to the unique nature of the Special Education curriculum.

Procedures for the allocation and expenditure of instructional supplies for the Special Education Program will be limited to the Special Education Department.
