Grievances

It is of special concern to the administration of Jerome Mack Middle School that they maintain a truly effective Open Door Policy with all personnel.  Should any faculty member have a concern, he or she is sincerely invited to discuss that concern with any or all campus administrators.  It is the belief of this administration that nearly all dilemmas can be resolved satisfactorily when open and sincere communication is permitted to flourish.  Further, should a faculty member wish a fellow teacher, or campus representative of a teacher organization, to accompany him/her when communicating a concern to an administrator, be assured that both will be welcome.

When all campus personnel display a concern for the overall educational objectives to be accomplished coupled with a concern for the point of view and welfare of fellow human beings, all grievances tend to be resolved with a spirit of cooperativeness and in the best interests of all.
